I am aware of the existence of this blog. I may actually write a few new posts every once in a while. I've discovered free movie rentals at my local public library, so I've actually seen a few movies lately that I'd been waiting a while to catch, including: Lars and the Real Girl, Talk To Me, The Darjeeling Limited, In Bruges, Into the Wild, I'm Not There, The Squid and the Whale, Slumdog Millionaire (saw that one in the theater), Vicky Christina Barcelona (saw a pirated version online), and (drumroll please) the Complete First through Fourth Seasons of All Creatures Great and Small, the original 1978-82 BBC series based on the works of James Herriot.
So, needless to say, there's a lot of material floating around in my head. I'll try to get some down on keyboard over the next few weeks.
